Night Photography, Bad Movies, Free Camera Bags

  • Ten night photographers have work on display this weekend at Studio Nocturne in San Francisco. The show runs from 11am-6pm Saturday and Sunday at Fort Mason. Stop by this great location, and have a look at the lovely night work. On Sunday you’ll find both myself and night photographer Andy Frazer volunteering as docents.
  • Sunday is also Bad Movie Night at the Dark Room Theatre. They show a bad movie, and some hosts sit up front as the official hecklers. The rest of the crowd are the unofficial hecklers. There’s popcorn. You’ll probably bring some beer. The show starts at 8pm and I think it’s 5 bucks to get in. Two of my good friends are hosts this week, and they are incredibly funny. And Paris Hilton gets killed in the movie. And it’s my birthday.
  • This news just in from the nice folks over at Think Tank — from November 16 through December 15 they’re giving away a free camera bag every day! If you win, you can pick the bag of your choice (except the Airport Security roller). No purchase necessary — enter one time using this form. Here’s my earlier review of the Think Tank Rotation 360 backpack.
