Kodak E100VS 35mm slide film was shot in a modified 120 format Holga toy camera on the daylight setting (approximately 1/100 f/8). The slide film (normally E-6 process) was developed at a professional lab using negative film chemistry (C-41 process). The resulting negative includes color shifts and fringing around the sprocket holes. Let’s review:
- Crappy camera – check
- Wrong format film for the camera – check
- Process film in the wrong chemistry – check
Give it a try — you may be surprised at how much fun you can have doing everything wrong!
