6.5 hours of driving. Lots of traffic on 5. Snow in Tehachapi. 42 degrees and hailing in Mojave. 6.5 hours of shooting, waiting for the moon to come out of the clouds. Made 5 good images. Night photography is a funny discipline. Puts a smile on my face every time. Let’s do it again tomorrow.

omg. jealous, jealous!
Currently I live in UK and the weather is very difficult to predict, most of the time overcast and its changing every 2-4h !! But I’ve one favorite location at the south east coast where I’ll go and try this long exposures. Lots of abandoned fisherman’s boats and shades awaits
Seb – the weather must take some patience in the UK. Is shades UK slang for police? I hope not!
What I meant is “sheds” sorry for misspelling;)
Ironically, last night I had just written a blog post about your aircraft boneyard shots.
I really like this one. I suspect that it will look even better in print than on my monitor.

Cool. Thanks, Andy!
Jealous is right! Can’t wait to see more.
Livin’ the dream!
A sanctioned trek? Like some sleepy scene from a dream – The dark side of “Dream Date,” no?
